On performance days in the Discovery Theatre, Sydney Laurence Theatre and Voth Hall (excluding Sundays), CenterTix will remain open through the first intermission of the performance. On Sundays, CenterTix will open one and one-half hours before the performance and remain open through the first intermission. |
On performance days in the Atwood Concert Hall, CenterTix will open the Harrison Lobby** ticket office one and one-half hours before the performance and remain open through the first intermission. |
* The entrance to the Carr-Gottstein Lobby is on 6th Avenue next to Kaladi Bro's.
** The entrances to the Harrison Lobby are on 5th and 6th Avenues at F Street.
Fax Exchanges
Use the fax exchange form; free Adobe Reader required. To determine if your tickets are eligible for exchange or to find out about seat availability, call 907-263-ARTS (1-877-ARTS-TIX outside Anchorage).
Mailing Lists
When you purchase tickets over the phone or online, you are automatically added to our mailing list and email list. To sign up to be on the mailing/email list or to request removal from the mailing/email list, complete the CenterMail profile.

Ticketing Your Event
Events at the Center
CenterTix manages ticketing for all ticketed events at the Center. Before submitting an event setup, you must first contract with the Center’s Booking and Events department. Go to Facility Rental for more information or email Cindy Hamilton or call 907-263-2919
Ticketing for Events in Alternate Venues
CenterTix provides ticketing services for many performing arts events at alternate venues. Contracting CenterTix to provide ticketing services for events in alternate venues requires the following:
- Reading the Alternate Venue Ticket Services Regulations
- Two complete copies of the Alternate Venue Agreement with original signatures delivered in person or sent via mail. CenterTix will sign and return one copy.
- Complete Alternate Venue Event Setup Form

The Atwood Concert Hall Orchestra Pit can hold up to 90 musicians, their instruments and a full size piano.
