Accessible Services

The Alaska Center has an Accessible Services Program (ASP) to better serve patrons who experience disabilities and individuals with special needs. It is our goal to provide a fully enjoyable experience for all patrons. By providing these services, we hope that patrons with disabilities will have no hesitation in attending an event at the Center.

Accessible Services Program - The accessible services program hotline exists to provide the best available seating to meet any individual's needs. The program may be used to order tickets to events, request special services, or for other assistance needed in order that an individual may more fully enjoy an event.

For more information or to request an Accessible Services brochure, please contact Julie Millington at 907-263-2902, 907-263-2920 or jmillington@alaskapac.org or 907-263-2903 (TTY), between 8 am and 5 pm.

Ticketing Assistance - In order to provide a barrier free experience for our patrons with disabilities, the Center encourages our patrons to arrange for their tickets through the Accessible Services Program or via CenterTix at 907-263-ARTS (1-877-ARTS-TIX outside Anchorage) or 907-263-2717 (TTY).

Assistive Listening Icon Assistive Listening Devices - An infrared (IR Sennheiser) system is available for use in all three theatres. Headsets are available at the ticket office prior to and during performances. There is no charge for this service, however a deposit or I.D. is required.
