Job Summary

The Marketing & Communications Manager supports all marketing and communications strategies for ACPA, supporting venue and program sales and community engagement and relations goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and executing:

  • annual performance season and venue marketing plans

  • consistent and regular marketing program performance analysis with necessary course corrections

  • annual advertisement sales and placement strategy

  • oversight of ACPA, CenterTix and Broadway Alaska brands and marketing plans

  • communications and content strategy for the organization and its programs, including development and community engagement and relations

The Marketing & Communications Manager is the main point of contact for ACPA’s agency, marketing contractor partners and national tour marketing teams to execute Broadway Alaska media plans and engagement strategies. This position also works with resident companies and user groups of ACPA to support their marketing needs as required, builds effective partnerships to collaborate and/or market with ACPA, and strategizes effective marketing plans to meet rental, advertising and sponsorship goals.

This position works collaboratively with the CenterTix team, Digital & Content Manager, Community Engagement Manager, Community Relations Manager and ACPA's agency and marketing contractors to design, implement and maintain content via social media, websites, and print collateral.

The Marketing & Communicatons Manager works collaboratively to support all departments’ marketing and content needs.
